Auction Admin Update: Lot Search Feature 

The Lot Search feature has been enhanced to provide improved functionality and a more efficient experience when locating and modifying Lots within a particular auction.

You can access the Lot Search feature by either clicking on the auction title or selecting the Lots button located on the right-hand side of the admin screen. Once you're in the Lots view, the Lot Search bar will appear at the top center of your screen. Please refer to the video below for a visual demonstration.

The updated Lot Search feature functions as follows:

When you begin typing to search for a Lot within a particular auction, up to 50 matching results will appear. Each result will display two numbers: the first is the Lot number, and the second is the Alt Sort number (if applicable), followed by the Lot name. Please refer to the video below for a visual demonstration.

Clicking on a search result will automatically jump you to that Lot in the list, which will be highlighted in gray. After selecting a Lot from the search results, the search bar will update to display the selected Lot’s name. Please refer to the video below for a visual demonstration.

Please note: If the Lot name you're searching for is shared by multiple Lots, the search bar will show all relevant results matching your input. However, this does not generate a filtered list of only those matching Lots within the auction view—it only provides a preview list for quick navigation.
