*Internal* System Release Notes June 18th
FEATURE – Seller Catalog Report
A new report has been added within the Accounting tab of an auction. This report can be downloaded before an auction opens or before lots have been clerked and provides a complete breakdown of all lots assigned to a specific seller, along with any related credits and expenses associated with those lots.
Clients can use this report as a verification tool by comparing it against their written seller check-in paperwork to confirm that all lots, credits, and expenses have been correctly assigned to the appropriate seller. This creates a double-check process to help ensure accuracy during seller mapping and the assignment of lot-related expenses and credits.
How to Access the Report:
- Navigate to the applicable auction.
- Select the Accounting tab within the auction.
- On the right-hand side, click the green Download icon.
- From the dropdown menu, you will see Lots and Sellers Catalog.
- Choose the Sellers Catalog report.

- Auction Amount
- Seller Name
- Seller Company
- Seller Phone 1
- Seller Phone 2

Please note: If a specific payment type does not have any payments recorded, the tab will still appear in the Excel file but will only contain the column headers with no data. For example, if there are no cash payments, the Cash tab may appear blank at first glance, but you can navigate through the tabs to view the applicable payment types with recorded payments.
