*Internal* System Release Notes January 6, 2026

Clerking Grid Update:

If there is a discrepancy in the sold status, final bid amount, or winning bidder after a lot has closed in a Timed Report, been marked as sold in a Webcast Report, or edited within the Clerking Grid, the system will detect that a divergence has occurred.

When this happens, referred to as “Diverged: State, Amount, or Bidder”, a yellow exclamation icon with two circular arrows will appear next to the Closed status in the Clerking Grid.

Hovering over this icon will display the message:“This lot has been edited and no longer matches the bidding outcome. (Diverged: State, Amount, and Bidder).”

This indicator alerts you that the lot information is out of sync and should be reviewed and, if necessary, updated in the Clerking Grid to match any changes made in the Timed or Webcast Report after bidding concluded.

Please see the video below for an example of a "Diverged State, Amount or Bidder" when changing the leading bidder of a closed Lot within the timed report and not within the clerking grid .

Please see the video below for an example of a “Diverged: State, Amount, or Bidder” scenario. In this example, a lot that originally closed with a Pending status (due to not meeting reserve) is later marked as Sold in the Clerking Grid (potentially because the seller and bidder reached an agreement on price after the auction.)
